These are the T&C’s for your order from Handwritten Letter gifts. Please read through them carefully before you place your order. When placing an order via email or over the phone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
 
Variations

The hand made cotton rag paper which undergoes an aging process my have slight imperfections, and every piece is slightly different from the other, The colours and actual size may vary slightly also.

A proof will be sent to you as a ‘mock up’ of what your finished piece of writing will look like, once you have confirmed that this proof is fine, any alterations subsequently could incur a cost.

Payment

Full payment will need to be made once the proof has been confirmed and a completion date has been agreed.

Payment can be made via Paypal (you don’t need a Paypal account,  only a  credit/debit card is required), or BACS (payment directly into my bank account). I don’t have a card machine, so these are the only 2 options.

Please note that for payments outside the UK, I will accept Paypal payments only.

Your order

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure all information is correct, it is your final responsibility to proof read and check through the wording, dates, names, spellings, timing, place, addresses, layout.

Cancelling

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, a monetary refund cannot be given if the order is later cancelled.

Delivery

Once an order has been placed, a delivery date will be agreed. I use Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery service which is a signed and tracked service. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for Royal Mail. We keep all Receipts + Tracking Numbers. In the unlikely occurence you do not receive your package/or it has been damaged in transit, we will be glad to assist you by giving you the ‘proof of postage’ & tracking number for any claims made against Royal Mail. Any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported straight away.

I welcome any orders from outside the UK, and will be very happy to give a postage quote.

Errors, returns and damages

All  website content and designs that appear on the website of Trinitybox.co.uk are protected by copyright. Emma retains full copyright of her work and it must not be copied or reproduced in any manner without her written permission.

You hereby agree that Emma (and people who Emma reasonably allows) has the right to use images of the letter gifts, including on a public basis, on social media and on websites and as part of her portfolio. If you prefer not to have images of your scrolls/invitations used for these purposes, please contact Emma and she will respect your wishes.

Because the scrolls I produce are personalised, it is not possible to offer refunds. In the unlikely event that you do find an error on any of the scrolls due to our mistake, please let me know as soon as possible in order for me to correct the mistake immediately. If however the text was sent to me with a spelling or other mistake, a refund will not be given. Thank you
